Our Thermal Heat Cap has been uniquely made for convenience and versatility.

Filled with renewable flaxseed generates heat when warmed in the microwave; it effectively binds the treatment to your hair shaft whilst acting as a film to strengthen your hair. Our Heat Cap improves the results of your favorite deep conditioner, or other hair treatment.

DIRECTIONS

• Pop your heat cap into the microwave for 2mins
• Apply deep conditioner or hair treatment onto clean damp hair.
• Wear the shower cap provided in your order and put on your heat cap.
• Leave on for 20-30mins
• Rinse treatment off your hair with cold water.
• Enjoy your soft and moistured hair!

RETURN POLICIES.

Due to the nature of all our products, we are unable to return any OPENED product for any reason. All returned orders must be done within 15days from the day you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition and in its original package as when you received it.

Your item must also have its receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUND POLICIES.

SallysNaturals will pay the RETURN shipping costs if the product arrived broken or damaged OR if you received the incorrect item.

Once we receive your item, we would inspect it and notify you that the item has been received. You will also receive notification on the status of your refund.

If your refund request is approved, a refund will be initiated and sent to your credit card or original means of payment. You will receive the credit in some days depending on your card issuer’s policies
