Refund Policy

RETURN POLICIES 

Due to the nature of all our products, we are unable to return any OPENED product for any reason. All returned orders must be done within 15days from the day you receive them.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition, and in its original package as when you received it.

Your item must also have its receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

REFUND POLICIES.

SallysNaturals will pay the RETURN shipping costs if the product arrived broken or damaged OR if you received the incorrect item.

Once we receive your item, we would inspect it and notify you that the item has been received. You will also receive notification on the status of your refund.

If your refund request is approved, a refund will be initiated and sent to your credit card or original means of payment. You will receive the credit in some days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
